School Closure
During very severe weather, especially very heavy snowfalls or the failure of the heating system, there may be times when the school is closed or may have to close early.
School is open unless contact is made stating the school is closed this will be in the following ways:
- Announcement on Lincs FM Radio on 102.2 FM. The radio station will not however announce when school re-opens.
- Local Authority Website
- School website
- Text message sent to all parents
Parents should make arrangements with other parents who might take charge of their children in an emergency or in case of bad weather. They should make sure that the school and the child know what these arrangements are.
We have a duty of care to ensure all children are safe until collected.
Breakfast Club
If the school is closed, breakfast club will also be cancelled.
